Schottky Diodes

Partners: Semelab and Dynex

Semelab is currently sampling customers with devices built using the new DBC TO257 package. It is envisaged that the DBC TO257 will completely replace conventional isolated TO257 packages in high-reliability applications.

Semelab is also using its improved 1200V module technology in prototypes for use in a variety of commercial aerospace applications. The technology is equally applicable to conventional all-Silicon and hybrid Silicon Carbide Schottky/Silicon IGBT modules.

Dynex is employing its new high-voltage module technology in its next generation of all-Silicon IGBT products. It is envisaged that Silicon Carbide diodes will ultimately replace conventional Silicon diodes in these modules.
